Almost perfect 😃 the stairs are not easy with suitcases😭

Great location outside of the old city and close to citadel. Great restaurant onsite plus many within a few short blocks. Quiet and clean. Staff was incredibly helpful with recommendations and reservations. View of back dock not the best but large room and great environment made up for it!

Tres bel hotel

the location is good and the place is spacious but the problem is, there is absolutely no place to put your clothes. the 2 bedrooms are seperated by curtains, kind of like a hospital room and there are no dressers, or any places what so over to put clothes in/on, not in even a hook on the wall. So if your OK with living out of your suit case, which will be on the floor in the living area, because there is no other place to put it, and there is no closet space, you'll be fine.

Writing We had a great stay at this hotel, thanks to its excellent location, beautiful views, and friendly staff. The hotel is conveniently located near a stop for the hop-on hop-off bus, with plenty of restaurants and pubs within walking distance. The Plains of Abraham are right across the street, offering stunning views of the St. Lawrence River and beautiful gardens. It’s also about a 20-minute walk to Château Frontenac. The pool, hot tub, and cold tub were great amenities and very relaxing after a day of exploring. The revolving restaurant at the top of the hotel was also a unique experience and a great way to take in the panoramic views of the city. We stayed in room 2207. While the room was comfortable overall, there were a few maintenance issues. Some of the electrical outlets didn’t work, and the curtain rod was bent and pulling away from the ceiling, making it impossible to close the curtains fully on one side. On the positive side, the shower had excellent water pressure. All the staff we encountered were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and we appreciated that they were able to communicate in both English and French. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The location, views, amenities, and wonderful staff made it a great place to stay, although a few repairs and maintenance updates to the room would make the experience even better.
