Staff are always super friendly and helpful, lovely atmosphere in the bar, breakfast is always perfect, rooms are slowly being decorated but ideal for y needs, will definitely book again when I'm in the area.

The staff are superb, cooked breakfast is very good, rooms need refreshing but are suitable for my needs, I've stayed several times and always had a good night sleep.

Great overnight stay in Leamington Spa

Great hotel! Excellent price and lovely staff. Very easy to check in and great central location.Also lovely breakfast in the morning. Only downside was noise from traffic outside and as it was very warm we needed to leave the window open. All in all would highly recommend!

My room was clean although a bit dated. Bathroom ceiling needs attention as the paint is all flaky. The window should have a curtain of some kind on it so not to feel so exposed after a shower or going to the toilet. I was in Room 15. Apart from that it suited my needs.

Whether was fantastic all week and my stay in the hotel was great lovely places to visit and see like jepson gardens and the royal pump rooms as well as some great food places and bars.

Nice comfortable bed, very nice breakfast, good location and also very helpful and friendly staff. Just a small thing might be to a proper wipe down on walls and such. Overall very good and would stay again.

hotel above a pub and near to the train lines. Was quite noisy at night with people on street outside and then trains early in the morning. Was supposed to have 4 poster bed but none. Rooms outdated but clean. OK for basic nights sleep. Staff pleasant.

Property right in heart of Leomington spa . Railway and cheap long stay carpark very close . Room was very clean had good shower and blackout curtains . For this price the economy mattress was acceptable even for a larger man To have breakfast included at that price was good even though Continental during our stay . It’s always goi g to be Vibrsnt whilst in the town centre .

Very welcoming on arrival. Room was ok, fairly noisy with the acu directly outside the window and being one of the hottest days of the year window had to stay open, when closed sound was minimal so not a huge issue. Great value for money!!

Staff are great friendly and helpful, breakfast was spot on good quality, central location, I've stayed before and it suits my needs, everything worked correctly, good hot water in shower (better than some more expensive hotels). Overal a nice hotel to stay lovely building but needs a freshen up.

I saw previous reviews and think some people just moan for the sake of it, my stay and twin room did exactly what it needed to, the room though basic , was adequate for our needs, yes, there were a few mouldy patches in the shower room, but you tend to get what you pay for in my experience. I would stay there again.

Cheap and cheap for a reason. Staff are friendly enough. Booked a certain room but was given a different room on arrival. The room was very basic and a bit shabby but I have to say it was clean. The room I had was on the front with single glazed windows and the noise from the street was unbelievable until the early hours. The breakfast was good, freshly cooked. Overall you get what you paid for but don’t expect much sleep! This was a Friday night so maybe different in the week.

Value for money hotel to explore Leamington

One night stay. Convenient, central location. We parked around the corner- £4.50 for 24hours. We didn’t inform hotel of check in time but staff didn’t mind - they wondered why the instructions still included that. When we got back at 11.30pm it was rather loud from the bar below but we weren’t surprised by that considering other reviews and the fact that it was a Saturday but all was quiet from midnight. The room was airy and had a fan. Bed was comfortable and towels and linens all lovely. Continental breakfast was included. All in all very good for the price - would stay again!
