Staff are always super friendly and helpful, lovely atmosphere in the bar, breakfast is always perfect, rooms are slowly being decorated but ideal for y needs, will definitely book again when I'm in the area.

Provide a good value room for the night, comfy bed, decent shower and breakfast for single traveller. Some room not for light sleepers with noisy junction and trains.

Great overnight stay in Leamington Spa

Great hotel! Excellent price and lovely staff. Very easy to check in and great central location.Also lovely breakfast in the morning. Only downside was noise from traffic outside and as it was very warm we needed to leave the window open. All in all would highly recommend!

My room was clean although a bit dated. Bathroom ceiling needs attention as the paint is all flaky. The window should have a curtain of some kind on it so not to feel so exposed after a shower or going to the toilet. I was in Room 15. Apart from that it suited my needs.

Cheap and cheap for a reason. Staff are friendly enough. Booked a certain room but was given a different room on arrival. The room was very basic and a bit shabby but I have to say it was clean. The room I had was on the front with single glazed windows and the noise from the street was unbelievable until the early hours. The breakfast was good, freshly cooked. Overall you get what you paid for but don’t expect much sleep! This was a Friday night so maybe different in the week.

Nice comfy room with good shower room. Small things need looking at, like curtain hanging off the hooks, mirror light in shower room not working, paint needs touching up. Breakfast offering excellent

A rather scruffy basic room with a not very comfortable mattress. Noisy pub below. On the other hand the shower was excellent and a cooked breakfast included.

Bed comfortable with clean, crisp linen. Shower powerful and shower gel provided along with hand soap. Room appeared clean but carpet could do with replacing. Breakfast good! After reading previous reviews I was pleasantly surprised by my experience

Amazing price and great breakfast inckuded

For the price this place is amazing, with a really good English breakfast included in the room rate. You wouldn’t expect it to be luxurious, but it’s clean and perfectly comfortable. And that breakfast is really something when it’s included in the price

Cleanliness was good for the price and location the hotel is great value but remember there is steep stairs and no lifts.

Good for the price at the city centre

Justify the price I paid.... 45£ for a night for 2 single double beds. Its okay to spend a night here but not suitable for kids as the room size is small. But the facilities were fine and at the city centre just beside the Railway station along with good breakfast that too included in price . Good to spend one night only.
