“Sorry to say, I had a worst experience ever in this property. Right from locating the property to getting into onwards. No sign board with the name of the property, no staff at the reception, getting the room key itself was a big hustle. The room was with a foul smell and not inhabitable. The bed sheet were unclean, towels old and torn, empty shower gel and hand wash bottles in bathroom, no provision of kettle or tea bags in the room etc etc. I couldn't spend hardly 2 hours in the property and...

“Good place for short stay. This is a student accommodation and it is close to the campus of several universities in Liverpool. The staff is gentle and proactive, the facility is clean and well maintained. I felt safe and comfortable for the purpose which was related to academic matters. I recommend it.”

“Muy buena opción, el departamento es bastante amplio, cómodo y tiene de todo. Está en una zona muy bonita, pese a que hay bares cerca no se escucha ruido. Lo único malo es que no tiene elevador y llevábamos equipaje grande. ”

“More a self catering flat than an hotel however We were happy with it. It is in the suburbs of St Helens a distance from the town centre. St Helens Junction train station is about 5 mins walk, and a good little cafe for breakfast less than 2 mins walk. The area was quiet at night and there are a couple of local shops equally close for such things as milk for drinks.We used it as a base to explore the area hence we only used the kettle and the wifi. Would be happy to use again.”

“Location was great- 10 min walk to centre. Property was huge- good for hen/stag do, which it is probably aimed at. The property is tired, showers cold or low pressure/ not overly clean. Feels like it needs a good deep clean, wouldn’t want to walk round with bare feet. Unfortunately, one of our party cut their foot on smashed glass in the hot tub. Additionally, one of the children also found smashed glass on the floor in the living area but fortunately was not hurt. ”

“Instructions re which ramp to use (up or down) to enter car park under the apartment block were not clear. We went up ramp but key fob provided would not open the gates so had to reverse back down ramp to try the ramp going underground. Not a good start! On entering apartment found it to look a lot different to pictures on website. There was no coffee table or furniture unit. The floor was damaged in one corner by the table. The kitchen floor had crumbs over it, the skirting boards were dirty,...

“Air conditioning out of order, windows broken so can’t open & decking area on balcony sunken in & broken so unable to walk on. The place is dangerous.”
