The breakfast layout was poor which meant that everyone was walking into you, it was extremely busy - sausages were cold, coffee not great. There were hairs in the bed upon arrival. Air con kept switching off in the night so we didn’t sleep well because it’d get hot in the night. “Great hotel to stay”

“This is a gorgeous stay. Conwy is like a fairy tale and this stay added to the charm. Check in was easy, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. No AC, so bring portable fans if you need it. Just darling, I will be dreaming of when I will be returning. Easy walk from train station, castle, and dining.”

“Very nice room except no lift, Centrally located near the Conwy Castle and easy walk around the town. Breakfast was delicious and they serve dinner in their restaurant downstairs and very good food. Book a table since they do get busy in season.”
