Beautiful property, great breakfast, and in a less touristy part of town. Grocery store across the street was a plus. Around a 20 minute walk to the old town, but parking was plentiful even in July if you need to drive closer to the city.

Overall a very good stay. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and everything worked as it should. The breakfast was nice, with a good variety. While the location is a bit outside the old town, it’s just a 15-minute walk, so still quite convenient. For the price paid, I’d say it offered good value.

Invitating Boutique Property

This delightful boutique property offers a clean, quiet and friendly welcome after a day of touring. The rooms are cheerful, the service is very accommodating, and the breakfasts are the best! Definitely worth the 18min walk to the Marina & other attractions.

Really nice place close to the Rovinj old city. Easy access and convenient free parking for those arriving by car. Since we had a car we drove to parking closer to old town rather than walking there, so I can't vouch for how long the walk is. Excellent breakfast, super staff, comfortable rooms.
