The services are good . Only thing is a bit far away from the city and the Santa Claus village which makes it atleast $160 round trip each time each day . Breakfast is good .

Clean room, very comfy, and fantastic helpful staff - they made us feel very welcome. As far as facilities I enjoyed the sauna and the lovely firepit by the frozen river. The sledges all around the hotel were a lovely touch - our kids had a ball just playing in the snow!

Hotel was clean and cozy and the staff was very nice and helpful. I arrived early before check in and was truly appreciative they were able to get me in the room early. Restaurant was great with a good variety of options, including at the buffet breakfast. I only wish the location was more central, there is nothing walking distance to it. If staying here I recommend having a car, or know you'll need to uber/taxi into town and back. Public transportation is very limited even during high season so it's not really an option. Despite this, I would definitely stay here again.

Loved my stay here! No elevators so just beware, the restaurant was fabulous and I loved walking the property grounds and seeing the northern lights! The complimentary breakfast was fabulous and with so many options! The fresh baked bread was delicious. My only negative remarks are the walls are thin. I heard my loud neighbors throughout the night. I also wish the sauna was available later at night and for longer.

A great location and steeped in history

It’s a great hotel for family or couples. Friendly staff and the owner is actively involved in day to day. Just make sure to pre book your lunch and dinner and any dietary requirements you have and rest should be smooth.

The staff is the highlight of the property. The rooms are not heated enough and there is no lift. The breakfast was fresh. The location is away from Rovaniemi airport and city.
