We went for a wedding on a weekend. The staff is very friendly and the hotel is very beautiful. The price was very adequate for what we got And the restaurant within the hotel is absolutely delicious . Highly recommend this hotel.

We loved this Hotel!!! The staffs were wonderful. The restaurant was terrific and we had a great meal there. The rooms are older but well maintained and charming. Our bed was comfortable. If we ever pass through Rouyn-Noranda, we will stay here.

A great place to stay

Le Noranda Hotel and Spa is a great place to stay while visiting the area. The rooms are spacious, the staff is friendly and the restaurant is wonderful. While we do our best to speak French when addressing staff at the hotel, they cheerfully do their best to speak to us in English. Rouyn Noranda is a friendly, vibrant and walkable city. We always enjoy shopping in the quality stores that we encounter throughout the city.

the hotel staff and dinning room staff were so nice and welcoming..... we arrived a bit early and weren't turned away which was great as we had been driving quite awhile and were tired.... this hotel provides you with real glassware from wine glasses to drinking glasses.. that is such a nice change from those awful disposable glasses... we would stay there again for sure!!

The staff were very professional. The restaurant and waitress and rest of staff served a great meal that was very welled cooked. The only negative was that the spa was under repair and we couldn’t take advantage of the facility and we arrived to late for the massages. I would and already recommended this hotel to others. My wife and I celebrated our 40th Anniversary and we were treated well.

Great hotel, just no hot tub

Hotel was great. Heated floors in the bathroom. But the site said there was a hot tub. When i asked the front desk where the hot tub was, they said they had a spa where you can pay for services. That was my only disappointment. Especially because i was really looking forward to the hot tub.

There was no parking around the hotel so we had to park in the street and received a $97 ticket as a result. The spa and pool aren’t actually accessible to customers of the hotel unless you pay $40 per person which is disappointing.
