Great hotel centrally located, the best part of this property is it’s only 5 years old. In great shape, excellent AC and the room is very dark at night for comfortable sleeping. Has underground parking. We did not eat any meals however they looked busy. Hotel is clean and very modern. Short walk to Joan of Arc and other interesting things.

Our check-in was fast and staff were friendly. The room was clean and quiet. We did not try the breakfast (too pricey) so walked to a nearby cafe instead. Location was great - walkable to the train station, restaurants, shops and downtown sights. The only disappointing thing was that the room only had a kettle and instant coffee packages and, unlike most hotels, they did not offer free coffee in the lobby area. For the nightly rate we expected to be offered a complimentary morning coffee.

Perfect location for a quick trip into Rouen. The room was great with an excellent view from the balcony. The overall vibe is somewhat "corporate" with not a whole lot of character, but we would absolutely stay again.
