Excellent property, value for money, lovely big rooms with comfortable beds. Bathroom was bit small but overall an excellent hotel. Dinner was delicious, well presented and the staff very friendly and helpful. Would stay again.

Stayed at the Hyatt Place Hotel last night, and it was fantastic. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and modern, with excellent facilities. The staff were friendly and efficient, making the experience even better. Highly recommend it and would definitely stay again!"

Newly converted property (former teacher training college we were told) with useful addition of welcoming area, restaurant terrace (city view) and on site secure parking. Staff casually efficient and competent with good swift service in the restaurant of excellent vfm food. If you feel inclined the bus from on the main road (adjacent) services the main historic Rouen sites.

High quality and comfortable hotel

Lovely and interesting renovation of an old school building. Room was really comfortable and well appointed with high quality furnishings. Breakfast was lovely and again of a high quality. There was a small but decent gym. Only negative for us was that whilst the hotel does have a spa/ pool this was part of a facility which cost an additional £20euros entry for 2 hours access and had quite limited opening hours (i.e. not open pre breakfast and closed quite early in the evening) which made it not worthwhile for us on a one night stay. The hotel is walk from the centre of town which is a bit hilly on the return. Again not an issue for us but could be for some. - though think it was on a bus route. Overall though highly recommended

Layout of the hotel was very confusing elevator on the ground floor only went to the first floor then there was another elevator that had rooms in the 200s on the third floor. Breakfast was €19 but somehow I was charged 25 rooms were beautiful.

Very nice modern hotel in an old building. Extremely friendly staff. The room is big and clean. Finding a parking space in the hotel garage was easy. We had a 15 min walk into the city centre which is beautiful. Great place to stay overall.

Un des meilleurs hotels sur Rouen

Restauration de qualité (petit déjeuner et diner) cependant le choix au petit déjeuner devrait etre plus important pour un hotel de ce standing (par exemple pas de possibilité d avoir d'oeuf au plat, peu de choix sur le chaud...) Sinon l hotel est récent, belle vue, un peu excentré et ca monte Salle Fitness tres bien Spa pas testé Parking en supplément Tres bon séjour dans l'ensemble
