This is a beautiful property close to all that Rouen has to offer. Our room was lovely and comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely chose to stay here again in future visits to Normandy and Rouen.

High Quality hotel right in the old centre of Rouen, literally seconds from the Old Market Square The hotel is steeped in history and maintained to a very high standard. The staff were all very professional and friendly and we enjoyed the live piano in the bar on Friday night. Room was traditional in format but modern in decor / fittings. We drove here and hotel directions to valet parking area were spot on. Car is parked for you but very accessible direct from reception if needed Highly recommended

Stunning hotel, very good location and excellent staff. Very happy with Pierre especially, very friendly and accommodating to our requests. Only slight downside is that the spa staff weren’t very friendly at all, in fact quite rude
