Daphne in the reception was very kind and helpful. The breakfast was nice. However I missed schampoo, conditioner and body cream in the hotel room. I think it should be a part of a boutique hotel of 4 stars.

The room was very spacious and tidy. The bed and the pillows were very comfortable. Some small flaws were there, like a broken curtain and some worn-out fabrics on the furniture as well, but this did not affect the stay in any negative way.

Decent hotel. the room in itself was very spacious, nice and clean. just a few cons: Parking situation is not convenient at all. It's very expensive. it's in a building in the back of the hotel. You have to walk around and out to access it in the cold. They close the gate I believe around 11 or midnight, so you have to come out the car, go to the front desk (and sometimes we had to bang on the front door during the night in the cold as no one would be at the front desk.) for them to open the gate for you. The parking has no direct access to the hotel. This should not cost 30€ per night, I am sorry. Another down fall is that the airco in the room is centralised. It was way too cold and we had no way to turn it down other than having the front desk shutting it all the way off on their end (not possible on our end). Tv kept reconnecting at night so would shut off on it own or sound would stay and screen would be blank. They proposed for us to move at 11pm when I call. But we had way too many packing to do and I was alone. Pros: staff is nice and helpful, breakfast was good and lots of choice. price was decent as well.

The hotel is located in a congested part of city center. Self Parking is not free and supposedly not recommended by the staff. So had to pay extra 30 euros for the overnight parking which is shared with supermarket. Inconvenient to get with luggage from car park into the hotel. Hotel doesn’t have much place to socialise except for the restaurant. Our room was dark on lower level over looking a roof and surrounded closely by block of flats. Breakfast was way too expensive and we needed to leave early so didn’t book it. No shampoo provided just foam hand wash which was empty so had to ask them to refill. Overall not at all worth the price we paid per night. Staff is friendly helpful.

Short walk to Oostplein tram stop. There is a metro stop nearby too. Room was comfortable, if a little dark, even after getting a lightbulb for light over desk area. Fridge was useful Decent shower Unusual to have separate toilet to shower & sink area. Very tasty hot breakfast
