Hotel was perfect location for touring around Rotterdam and for bars and restaurants. Hotel feels new and well kept. The lounge and market on the 2nd floor was perfect for grabbing breakfast snacks and drinks. Would definitely stay again.

Overall an excellent hotel and experience. Clean and liked the option to request the room is not cleaned for a day, for which the hotel would plant a tree. Great location and the room was lovely. Only element that wasn’t in the room that I would have liked were bathrobes, but that’s a small detail and we’d definitely stay again.

The rooms were cleaned daily. Front desk staff were very professional. Tons of shops & restaurants nearby. We travel a lot, and this was the most comfortable hotel we stayed at recently. Rooms were spacious & the AC temp was set perfectly. Plenty of natural light in the room but you can just draw the curtains to keep the light out especially during the summer months. They also have a snack bar/market which is open 24/7 if you get hungry for snacks. Overall very satisfied with our stay.

The room was really clean and I felt like the space in the room really helpful for me and my family. The staff were kind and guilted is to the right path. The air conditioning was really good because The moment we set it , it instantly made the room feel better. I felt that this hotel was in the best area because it had shops, food, and even a mall.
