The receptions went above and beyond their duties. Always had smiles on their face. We would definitely recommend this place and would definitely return ourselves. They rented us bicycles that we enjoyed around town the entire day. Thanks to everyone. I hope this staff gets to read this.

The customer service was great and the staff was very attentive. My only issue was the constant noise from other guests running in the hallway, knocking on our door and ringing the doorbell after midnight and running away.

My train was cancelled part-way through my journey, so I was stranded in Rotterdam and I chose to book a room in this hotel. The staff helped me get a toothbrush and the property was very nice. My room was quite large, with a very nice bathroom and a comfortable bed! I didn’t stay long as I had a replacement train in the morning, however I had a comfortable night’s rest in this hotel. The room was quiet and comfortable. If I come to Rotterdam to visit, I will definitely stay in this hotel again!

Overall, my stay was excellent. Room was very clean, good breakfast selection, courteous staff. Great location to many shops and restaurants. The only thing I did not like is the shampoo and conditioner, which were in very small bottles (hard to shake out) and questionable quality.
