The staff are all professional, helpful and friendly. The room was clean and buffet breakfast is excellent with options for vegetarian, vegan and GF guests. The hotel is within walking distance of the train station, shops and several restaurants.

Hotel was very clean. And shower was great condition. Hotel in a great location, only being a 5 minute walk from the central station. Beds were a bit hard, and the room was quite warm, but aside from this, would definitely recommend.

Really enjoyable one night stay. I was concerned when reading reviews of poor AC and noise issues on a Saturday Night. I stayed on a hot Saturday night with no issues. Staff were lovely and the breakfast was first class. Nice and central hotel, near Beurs Metro, I would stay again.

I'll start by saying I had a very warm welcome by an enthusastic young man, which was nice. The room was spacious but uncomfortable beds (and being twin beds does not help.) The safe was not working, had no response as to why. Main room could have done with a bin. TV reception was scatty, could not use Smart TV. Breakfast was mid, with very weak coffee from the machines. And being at the back, was woken and kept awake by the ventilation shaft (again!) The hotel itself is superbly presented, I guess you just need to pay for a bigger room?

Plenty of choice but several times had to ask Staff to fill up empty dishes. Room was very clean but t.v. in room was only able to receive a couple of channels as the others were “scrambled” was reported but nothing changed. All Staff were friendly. Would have been nice to have some milk in the fridge and one day there was no teabags left in room after cleaning!

The room was good, clean, excellent shower, bed and a desk. Did not try the breakfast. Although the room was great and I will certainly return, some of the other areas of the hotel were a little tired and outdated. No bar on-site is a limitation too because sometimes you don’t want to leave the hotel but want to get out of the room. Location was excellent. Staff was friendly.

Good location, very easy to get to from the airport and easy to get around the city as its very central. Rooms clean and everything worked, the only slight complaint was that used glasses weren't replaced, and tea/coffee didn't get topped up in the room.

The hotel has a perfect central location, close to restaurants, shopping and the train station. However, the hotel is old but well maintained. We stayed in this hotel on May 2-26 of 2026. There was no AC the room was like a sauna after our complaint the staff brought in a fan that helped somewhat ! And the hotel doesn’t have a parking garage but they have an understanding with a parking garage next door; unfortunately after 7 pm the garage door is closed and then you need to look for a different parking garage!!
