Nice spot

A relatively small room, but it had everything we needed. The stairs were quite steep. Loved that they had a common space/bar on the first floor with seating, board games etc. Would stay again.

The only draw back is absence of the elevator. I have to walk up about 38 steps each time to my 2nd floor room. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The place is wonderful and cozy. I love it :)

We had a lovely room under the eves. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There is easy access to public toilets and we were able to walk to the port in about 20 minutes. The only issue was hauling our heavy suitcases up two steep flights of stairs. So thankful for the staff who helped us.

Hotel nice and clean. Room is in the attic so half of the room you cant stand up. Also nowhere it was nentioned that there is no elecator and the stairs are curling and very hard to carry the laggage.. totally not worth the orice paid for 1 night.

Well located and clean

Nice hotel which is clean but a little dated. We had one with a tight window and the window is not able to be opened (air con in room tho!). Quite close to everything, so we didn’t really need public transport. 15-20 min walk to most parts that guides reccomend.

Overall our stay was fine. The staff were all lovely and welcoming and we were able to store our bags in the hotel after check out which was a plus. One of the rooms smelt of cigarettes and as the room was facing a road it wasn’t an option to open the window at night due to noise. The showers in both rooms lacked any water pressure.

Clean, comfortable, well located

Clean, comfortable and well located hotel. The staff (I think I met the owners) were very helpful and welcoming, for e.g. it was raining heavily and they let me borrow a personal umbrella and suggested restaurants for dinner. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom modern. It was very clean throughout. This hotel is excellent value for money considering its cleanliness and location. My only criticism is not the fault of the hotel but other guests, who were noisy in the corridors late at night. Some form of noise insulator/soundproofing under the gap under my bedroom door might have helped quieten noise from the corridor. But overall this a minor quibble from an excellent stay. I would definitely stay here again.

It was a good enough room for 1 night just to sleep because it was clean and tidy, but the matras was very thin and hard. Also, there was almost no water pressure at the sink and in the shower so it took a long time to shower or wash your hands because of how little water there was coming out. The toilet seat was broken as well and was falling off all the time. We told the front desk but unfortunately they didn’t offer us anything. We think a €100 for one night was too much for all of the above.
