Family room was great especially with having 3 kids 10 and under. Breakfast was convenient. Check in and check out was easy. Only negative thing was no pamphlets or info in room, was all online but wasn’t advised so didn’t realise on the first night that room service etc was all online

We had an awesome stay at Arawa Park Hotel during our weekend holiday in Rotorua. The room was clean and organized when we arrived. The staff was also helpful, especially when we requested for a cot for our little one. The breakfast was also delightful! Overall, we highly recommend the hotel and we would definitely be back if given the chance 😊

Room was ok, a bit outdated and worn down, however room was clean and beds were comfortable. There were dirty dishes and left over food and rubbish left outside rooms on the ground level when we arrived and were still there when we left the next day. The ground level access into the hotel was pretty untidy so not a very good first impression. Overall we had higher expectations for the price we paid.
