It is central to where I needed to be, it has a great view. Dale and Annie are really friendly and they make you feel at home. Bed was really comfortable. Room temperature was perfect during the night. I enjoyed every moment I was there.. oh and breakfast was just as I like it. Nothing bad to add.

Annie&Dale’s place is very clean and comfortable, close to town and has got a gorgeous view with amazing breakfast!! Highly recommend staying at least 2 nights to enjoy the place and do activities around Rotorua. We’d definitely stay here next time we visit!

Fabulous stay in Rotorua

We had a fabulous stay at Rotorua Views. Fabulous hosts that made us feel very welcome! We stayed in the 2brm self-catered apartment, that was spotlessly clean and had everything that you need for a fabulous stay. 5min drive from town with views over Lake Rotorua. Loved it! Would definitely stay again the next time we go to Rotorua

Outstanding Property and Gracious Hosts

This is an amazing place to stay; book it now! Annie and Dale are the perfect hosts: kind, accommodating, and gracious. They love their city and are most happy to share all about it with interested guests. Not only are the suites nicely appointed and super comfortable, they have view balconies to enjoy. Breakfast is included, cooked to order by Annie and Dale, and delicious. We loved our stay here and think you will too!

My husband and I had lovely stay here. Annie and Dale are fantastic hosts. Not only are they lovely and hospitable but they also know a lot about all the things Rotorua has to offer which is great. They were very informative and gave us heaps of advice things to do, places to eat,and more. Beautiful house on a quiet street, fantastic views. Our room was just perfect, we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. On top of this breakfast was amazing! 100% recommended

A Perfect Retreat❣️

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this B&B❣️ The host & hostess were incredibly gracious & hospitable❣️ The breakfast was amazing with several choices to satisfy anyone’s pallet❣️ The bed was comfy, and the shower was awesome with great water pressure❣️ What we liked most, though, was the quiet, peaceful atmosphere❣️ We would definitely return if we ever are in Rotorua again❣️

Lovely B&B with stunning views by lovely people.

WOW! What a fantastic place Annie and Dale have. Such a shame that our schedule only allowed us to stay for the one night. The quality of accomodation and amenities provided would have made it perfect for spending a couple of weeks with them and their relaxed, informative attitude would have made it a fun packed 2 weeks for sure. Amazing Service

Annie and Dale were such a wonderful hosts.They are so welcoming and helped us on planning our day.Room we stayed is very comfortable and they make quite Personalised breakfast in the morning to meet our food requirements.Annie has made a lovely chutney from her backyard fruit called feijoas,I think.It is definitely a must try.

A modern BnB with a personal touch

This BnB is by far the best accommodation experience rotorua has to offer. Annie and Dale made us feel very welcome, they were never short on ideas of things Rotorua has to offer and they went above and beyond for us the entire time we stayed with them. Breakfast was faultless and the coffee really is the best in Rotorua. The views were spectacular and we really can't express how much we enjoyed our time staying with Annie and Dale

HOME AWAY FROM HOME

Welcoming & comforting place to stay in a lovely quiet area of Rotorua. The near new apartment was perfect for our recent visit to catch up with relatives. Only minutes away by car to local supermarket and a short distance further to the lake and town centre. Annie & Dale were very welcoming and hospitable.
