Stayed with my 9 yr old for 3 nights, loads on fun activities onsite and pool was awesome! Rooms were clean and spacious. All the staff were so friendly and helpful helping us chose things tondo as well. Close to places to eat and supermarkets. Highly recommend if you have young ones.

A very nice hotel with heated pool, large bathroom, comfy mattress and nice quiet grounds. This hotel is clear of the thermal smells that pop up around Rotorua in various places.

Good hotel that has only one draw back - you need a car to get anywhere as it was too far to walk to the city centre. Clean and quiet with friendly staff and a good laundry facility.

Rooms are very spacious. Bathrooms have a hot tub with jets and surprisingly there’s a heated floor in the bathroom. there is also private patio. Rooms have a mini kitchen with a microwave and plates/cups. Grounds are very modest but clean. Definitely has more a mid range hotel look vs a resort look.

Really lovely place, fabulous amenities, ideal for families. Staff super friendly and helpful. Room superb, lovely comfortable bed very clean and spacious with great bathroom with toileteries and nice towels provided. Laundry was handy with iron provided in the room.
