This is a lovely hotel in a prime location. I hadn’t been to Rotorua before so had no idea of where things were. Quest was near everywhere I wanted to go! The room was tidy and spacious. Staff were lovely.

The unit were clean, in good condition, and the beds were comfortable. Instant coffee, teabags, sweeteners, and milk were available in the room along with an electric kettle. Check in and out was simple and quick. We would stay here again.
