Overall a charming property with a very spacious room at a good rate. A/C and heating both worked very well. Great location right within walking distance to main dining and shopping area. Couple things to note is there is no elevator at the property but staff was able to assist with bringing luggage up. It is also private entrance to the rooms, like motel style

We stayed at Prince's Gate Hotel for two nights and had a generally enjoyable experience. The natural hot spring facilities were excellent and provided a very relaxing experience. We were also impressed by the friendliness and professionalism of the front desk staff, who made us feel welcome throughout our stay. However, there was one issue regarding housekeeping. On the second day, our room was not serviced. Before leaving the hotel, I spoke with a member of the housekeeping team and requested that the room be cleaned later, as we were about to go out. Unfortunately, the room was not cleaned afterward. While this was disappointing, it did not overshadow the positive aspects of our stay. We appreciate the hotel's hospitality and hope that this feedback will help improve the housekeeping service for future guests.
