We stayed in a two bedroom apartment. Clean rooms, kitchen with essential items, spacious. The TV was not a smart TV which meant no YouTube or Netflix. They had other channels but found it difficult to select movies. Ideal location as across the road are numerous fast food outlets plus Woolworths grocery store and many attractions nearby. The restaurant wasn't operational. Overall a good stay.

The room had everything needed for an overnight stay. The supermarket was within walking distance. The staff member who checked us in was excellent, friendly and helpful. The spa pool was a very pleasant end to a busy couple of days. We'll definitely stay here again if/when we are back in Rotorua
