Great price for a family of 7. Close to supermarket and famous fish n chip shop. Bit run down but had all basic facilities. Tidy, clean. Had a goodnights rest.

Place was ex emergency hosing, and in terrible condition, needs painting, new bathroom, shower ovwr spa bath was useless, and spa bath very stained. However, bed was clean and comfortable

No smoke alarms!! Not all lights worked. No power points in 2nd bedroom. Could hear the people above us and below us.Toilet only flushed when it wanted too. Could do with a lot of TLC..is run down so feels dirty. Location was great, the beds were massive and the customer service was nice.

We were in room 8, and really enjoyed the beds and bathroom. The rooms are dated and show signs of wear and tear but nothing was broken or compromised. We did book the room as there was a mineral pool available however it’s was literally boiling hot! There was no way anyone would be able to use it. When we mentioned it upon checking out they did not seem to care. The location was great, with a short walk to down town and the lake. The rooms are definitely not sound proof, could hear people throughout the night.

I would rate this place 4 out of 10 due to the overall quality of the room. The property feels quite old, with very dated cupboards. The cutlery stored in the cupboards did not appear clean, which made me hesitant to use it. The room layout was unusual, as the bedroom was accessed via a hallway through the bathroom. While the beds were neatly made, the carpet did not look clean. The dining chair covers were dusty, and overall the room did not feel well maintained. Unfortunately, it was not a great stay for us.

Turned up on time to get key phone there number on office door that not work ..ph the number on internet that went to answer survives...40minit waiting out side there office...then thy say thy at prayer ..how was any one no what thy up to ..the room was very run down alot different than there photos ...not recommended to any one to stay there

Property is dilapidated and needs serious maintenance and revamping. Seemed as though there were long term residents occupying rooms and communal spaces. Rooms were much too expensive for the state they were in.
