Beautifully presented hotel, looks well maintained, nice beds and great amenities. Great breakfast. A bit out of the city, so you can't walk to restaurants, but only a short drive, or you can just eat in. Good spot to launch hiking or mountain biking from.

Staff were helpful in setting our group together with connecting rooms, however the room itself had terrible sound proofing – we heard footsteps from upstairs that resulted in photo frames shaking all night, and a very noisy, creaky heat pump. Housekeeping left belongings under the bed from the previoius stay, but otherwise clean and tidy.

A truly distinguished hotel addresses problems with grace. When we arrived, the AC was not working; and the room was very hot. The receptionist quickly got a tech, who explaned that the fix might take a while. So, we went to dinner while she worked on it. After dinner, the waitress declined payment and said the hotel would comp our dinner. When we got to our room, the AC was working. A memorably good hotel!

Good place, relatively clean. Rooms were a bit outdated, no aircon, low light so not bright or daylight friendly , old bathroom fixtures, mould like on the sink area. Staff were friendly other shared areas were tidy but a little outdated like the laundry, gym and the bathrooms downstairs. Good breakfast.
