Great property at a great price! Our room was newly remodeled and very quiet! The owner (I think) welcomed us and showed us to our room (even though it was raining). He made sure we knew how to work the AC and TV and had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this hotel while doing activities in the Rotorua area!

We had a great stay here. It was easy to find, easy parking and the staff was friendly and welcoming. Our room had a stocked kitchenette which made meals easy, the rooms were spacious and clean. We would definitely recommend and would stay here again - we actually did extend our stay here an extra night :)

The room was nice and comfortable for the 3 of us. It was in a good location. We could easily get to some activities and attractions. It would be nice to add some things in the kitchen like a tea pot, large bowls and dishes. Also a mirror in the main bedroom would be nice. The owners were really nice and welcoming.
