Reception staff were very pleasant and helpful. This gave a positive vibe from the first encounter. Staff seem to appear from no where and are ever willing to ensure your stay is perfect. Lovely fluffy white towels and facecloths. Shared kitchen was well equipped. Great value for money and we appreciated the upgrade to a bigger room.

In terms of location and price. You cant beat this place. Super friendly team. Great shared facility, lots of space and fridge space. Highly recommended!

Considering this was a last minute booking, and quite late in the evening - the staff were incredibly courteous and helpful. Although this is budget accommodation the staff gave better customer service than often received at more expensive accommodation. Thank you 😊

The rooms were very clean and tidy. I stayed in one of the smaller rooms and it seemed a lot smaller than what i was expecting, but it was adequate for what i needed. I was there for an event out of town, so this was suitable for a short stay or if you are just passing through. Staff are very polite and friendly. The property is located directly in the center of town and unfortunately i noticed some noisy locals out on the street around midnight on the Friday and Saturday nights. Hopefully not a common occurrence, but otherwise the place is a great place to stay at.

Owners very friendly and amenable, small problem with my room, moved me straight away. No problem or charge keeping my bag after checking out. Rooms are small but fine if like me you're a short time stayer. I'd definitely use again

Terrible experiencia!! No lo recomiendo

Horrible, llegué a las 6 pm, salí por 2 horas y cuando regresé, alguien entró por la puerta principal con un destornillador y salió por la ventana, la cual quebró y me robaron mis AirPods, kindle, celular, y todos los cargadores y cables.
