Beautiful hotel with friendly staff. We had everything we needed and more. Parking was located a couple streets off site in a barn for 14 euros and there were plenty available spots. Would stay again!

For a 4 star property, it would be appreciated if a coffee machine is available in the room and a bell boy to assist with luggages to the room. Even with a lift, there are steps up/down to get to the room. Location is great. Jessa front desk is super helpful.

A very nice hotel in a very picturesque and beautiful town overflowing in history. Staff were very friendly and helpful during our stay. The hotel is clean and offer breakfast that was fairly standard to any other hotel. Parking is limited and away from the premises although other parking areas are within a 10 minute walk, closer if you are happy to pay every 2 hours as town parking is designed for short term. We parked outside the town wall and paid €7 for 24 hours.

We weren't sure what to expect from the room - and we were stunned. It was big - I've had smaller apartments. Had a room at the rear of the property that overlooked the biergarten/restaurant, with a view of the city. French doors opened all the way for fresh air. We were on the top floor, so there wasn't a balcony, so if that's your thing, ask for a second-floor room. Rothenburg is very walkable. We took the train there, and the property is only about a 15-minute walk from the Bahnhof. We'd visit again. The staff was exceptional, property relaxed and easygoing, and recommend staying here to anyone planning a trip to Rothenburg. The central location makes it extra convenient.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Eisenhut. Lovely room (we upgraded on arrival to a slightly bigger room for extra), very clean and comfortable. Lovely friendly staff who happily provided a neck pillow for me as I have back issues as pillows were too soft. A nice bar area with snacks and drinks available, outside seating was lovely. Very conveniently located in a beautiful area, easy to get to everything, 10 min walk from the train station and close to everything you need. Highly recommend

The location was lovely and the room was nice. I was charged twice for a drink — I paid cash but was then told I had charged it to my room, and given I had a train to catch I didn’t have time to argue — but that was the only real hiccup. Otherwise, I world recommend.
