The rooms are spacious, but it didn’t have a microwave. The complimentary breakfast offered banana bread and chocolate chip cookies which was good with coffee. The 2% milk was spoiled, but it was no biggie, we had fresh fruit instead. Beautiful motel, would definitely recommend.

Hidden gem in Roswell. Definately recommend staying here. Large, clean rooms, friendly staff. Breakfast was scrambled eggs, bacon, toats, bagels, fruit, applesauce and a few cereals. Ask Roger if you need anything. He's very friendly. Bed was the best on our trip.

If I could give the staff a 10, I would. They were so accommodating, friendly and helpful, making sure all of our needs were met. The rooms were somewhat dated with marked furniture but clean. They did have a full refrigerator with freezer which was convenient also.

I was pleased for the price. Staff is very friendly. Room was clean. Pet friendly. Breakfast was good. My only disappointment was the very low water pressure in the shower. But I also understand that sometimes it is what it is.

This place is quiet and nicely off the busy street. Appears to be a converted supported living facility so the rooms are large with closets and linen closet. Full size fridge, small microwave and small sink - cabinets too. AC is cold and the have an exercise room, game room, and a library! It is dated and furnishings are ultra basic, but it is clean, water is hot, and the RV is fairly large. With a little updating and new paint - and some nicer furniture the place would command twice the price or more. But then, the price is why I chose it in the first place.

Got checked on late. Room was very hot. Its summer time. Relaxed got ready for shower no towels, washrags or toilet paper. Started out a bad night. And was a walk for me being disabled.

Not your typical hotel

This is the quietest place I have stayed that I can remember. You won't be bothered by kids running down the halls late at night. It's in a neighborhood just off the main street and the staff are very kind and helpful.

This a great place for us to stay for the night. We had a family room with three beds which was great for our family of 5. There was two rooms, the first w two queen beds, the second w a king bed. The beds were nice and firm. Two huge closets, cute little kitchen area and nice walk-in shower. The only thing keeping me from giving 5 stars was that the shower got water onto the bathroom floor and there was no second TV in the room w the king bed. Breakfast was good, buffet style that served eggs, hash browns and sausage. There was also cereal which the kids were happy about. Overall we enjoyed our stay, especially the price!
