The staff is excellent. There needs to be some room upgrades like additional seating furniture, trash receptacles and perhaps a desk. The property has large rooms, very clean and a fabulously friendly staff. Wonderful potential and a great price!

The staff was very helpful and kind through the whole stay. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. If something was missing or we needed something for the room, the staff was quick to replace or give to us. The game room was very fun and allowed us to enjoy the hotel more without having to leave. The hotel felt very safe and clean and neighbors were very respectful. Definitely would stay again.

I dont even know where to start. The room floor had stains, one of the lights in the room was missing, the microwave didnt work, the television remote was missing, there was no wifi. The building was old and used to be a psychiatric care center. It had a haunted hospital feel to it and it smells odd inside. I dont know how this place is so highly rated on expedia it must be that employees are paid to do so.

The property is amazing😃 Ramona is an amazing manager very concerned. Everybody treated me with kindness and such respect. Lessie and robert we’re both great cooks. Haley, ANTHONY, Nicole and and all those who chipped in the Help were wonderful people. They took care of everything. Just simply upon the asking
