Friendly staff. When we turned on the shower, roaches sprayed into the tub. Microwave and fridge did not work. Hot tub out of order. This place has some real potential if they put the money into it but I will be staying somewhere else next time.

Motel was in good shape for an older facility. Parking and access was good. Only issue was no elevator to the second floor but I managed. Breakfast was good but was not open for one day of my stay. Overall the stay was as expected and very good for the price.

If you are just needing a place to sleep, then it is ok. Rooms were clean enough. I booked this hotel specifically to use the hot tub. The temperature of the hot tub was the same as the pool. The jets barely worked. And the one staff member I saw was frequently busy doing random maintenance around the hotel.

Definitely not the vibe for families. It felt more like an apartment complex than a hotel, if that makes any sense. Our neighbors were polite and quiet, also the one worker we saw there was as accommodating as possible. However the property is in desperate need of maintenance. We opted to check out early and found a different hotel for the remainder of our Roswell trip.

Clarion suffers from aging infrastructure. This unit is next to a golf driving range and we got one of the rooms with a hole in the window from an errant golf ball. We parked away from the flight path, but at least 3 other guests had their cars hit while we were there. The staff were great. The facilities were a bit threadbare and the pool and hot tub were closed. The value for the cost was very reasonable.
