Perfect location for exploring Rostock center. Very good breakfast and all the staff was so friendly. Our room was spacious, had everything we needed.

Wow - what a great couple of days

The very best thing about the hotel is the location. Just inside the city gate, close to the old city and many many cafes and restaurants. Convenient to the street car lines and the train station. The hotel itself is lovely - comfortable, well appointed and quiet. We loved out time at the hotel and in the city.

Na ja

Leider wurde nirgendwo erwähnt, dass die Sauna geschlossen ist. Wohl schon seit Monaten und noch für einige Monate. Es wird auch nicht erwähnt und man steht dann vor verschlossenen Türen, ohne Schild. Die Zimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen, die Möbel angeschlagen, die Wände auch. Leider viel Staub auf Fensterbänken und Heizungsverkeidung. Putztruppe kommt einfach ins Zimmer, auch wenn man nein sagt. Beim Frühstück kaum Service und nichts nachgelegt. Leider diesmal sehr enttäuschend. Es war mal anders.

Mycket vänlig och trevlig personal! Sängen hård och kuddarna dåliga men rummet rymligt och fräscht. Frukosten var mångsidig men tyvärr verkade omsättningen vara dålig, pannkakorna troligen från dagen innan, inget nybakat bröd. Te-serveringen toppklass.

Återkommande bornde

Bra hotel med bra standard, nära gågata och torg. Det är nog 5e-6e gången vi bor här och vi återkommer. Om något kan förbättrad så vore det att göra en trevlig hotellbar vilket tyvärr saknas

Værelserne ikke særlige rene ved ankomsten. Blev ikke bedre trods gentagende henvendelser. Fik dog kompensensation ved afrejse. Gennemgående slidt hotel. Ikke et sted vi vil bo igen. Morgenmaden var forrygende god. Frisk og god service.

Das Personal am Checkin konnte kaum deutsch sprechen. sehr schlechte Verständigung. Die Sauberkeit im Zimmer war nicht gut. Sehr oberflächlich. Auf dem Flur große Flecken auf dem Teppich. Sehr laut im Zimmer. (von wegen Lärmschutzfenster.) Zugang zu Speisen oder Getränken Abends kaum möglich , da Geschlossene Veranstaltungen. Außer eine Flasche Wasser am ersten Tag war es nicht möglich im Hotel Wasser au das Zimmer zu bekommen. Bin für ein 4* Hotel ein anders Niveau gewöhnt.
