Fantastic boutique hotel. We stayed at the property on our way to a cruise and I've got to say this was amazing. As we entered the property we checked in at the bar which was quick and easy. Our room was large, clean, modern and comfortable. The hotel was near shopping, the rail, the cruise port and hop and go adventures. What more can you ask for? If you're looking for a weekend getaway, this is definitely a town you should check out and this is a hotel suitable for a romantic getaway or even a girls fun weekend. No matter what your adventure, this hotel and this little town should be on your bucket list. Don't miss the Penta hotel in Rostock!

Super hotel, perfect breakfast but noisy

excellent, but there is a lot of noise. Parking was really easy. There is access from the P-basement. However, a little annoying that parking had to be paid in addition to the hotel price. The breakfast buffet is very expensive, but really good.

Leider unfreundliches Personal, an der Rezeption. Während des Aufenthaltes haben sich mehrere Personen über den Check in beschwert. Morgens auf dem Weg zur Arbeit fragte ich nach einem Kaffee an der Rezeption, da das Frühstück noch nicht geöffnet war. Ich sollte für den Kaffee zahlen, obwohl Frühstück mit gebucht war. Auch nach Erklärung, dass ich das Frühstück leider nicht nehmen kann, sollte ich den Kaffee trotzdem bezahlen. Leider merkt man hier die Servicewüste…. Einmal und nicht wieder.

Good location everything was easy to walk to. Poor communication with reception staff when checking in there was no mention that breakfast was not included on my reservation and we were told what time the breakfast was served but not that this was extra so we were very surprised when checked out to find out that we had been charged 30 euros.
