We lived this hotel. More about that later. First you should know this hotel has NO AIRCONDITIONING. None. Open a window. Bugs may come in. It was 68 to 70 degrees farenheit during our stay. We were fine . Lovely room with ocean view. Boardwalk leads to shopping and dining area. Spacious room with drawers and shelves. Pool us in the spa and a bit strange. Spa people want you to buy $22 bathing shoe to go in.. Lovely hotel enjoyed our visir very much.

Poor training of staff

I was told to call the hotel and they would call a taxi to pick us up at the Warnemunde Werft Train Station. We called the hotel 5 times over a 45 minute time period and no one answered the phone. Finally we asked someone getting off a train about their not answering the phone. He tried twice on his phone and still no answer. Another person said to walk to the bus station and take the bus which we did. It took us almost two hours to get to the hotel. When we were checking in, the phone rang several times and none of the people checking us in answered the phone. When we checked out of the hotel, we just realized that we were overcharged by 50 Euros and our bill is INCORRECT. We were charged 50 Euros for parking a car, which is a problem because we did not have a car. Thus, a credit needs to be issued on the credit card used. We already left Germany and are not returning. The correct total amount should be 25,90 Euros, not 75,90 Euros. The bill number is 1297678 . Thank you Ronald and Lena Marie Berezniak

Hallo, sehr gut gelegenes und tolles Hotel . Personal top , Sauberkeit top und das Frühstück bietet Alles an. Die Bars z. B. Lobby mit Klavier, 17. Etage eher gediegen 😉 und im Keller gibt es die Party Szene. Die Parkplatzsituation könnte man verbessern. Herzlichen Dank ich komme wieder.

Unser Aufenthalt im Hotel hatte leider einige Schattenseiten. Positiv hervorzuheben sind die sauberen und gepflegten Zimmer mit herrlichem Meerblick aus dem 16. Stock. Auch der Wellness- und Sportbereich konnte überzeugen. Allerdings begann unser Aufenthalt mit einem holprigen Check-in, bei dem wir zunächst wie Gäste ohne Reservierung behandelt wurden. Ein weiteres Manko war der unangenehme Geruch aus dem angrenzenden Restaurant, der die Lobby wie ein Fast-Food-Restaurant wirken ließ. Das Personal war überwiegend unfreundlich, mit wenigen Ausnahmen. Zudem hatten wir den Eindruck, dass ältere Gäste bevorzugt behandelt wurden. Insgesamt profitiert das Hotel noch von seinem alten Ruf aus ehemaligen Zeiten, ist aber unserer Meinung nach kein 5-Sterne-Haus, insbesondere aufgrund des Servicepersonals.
