“Very good location”

“Service is a disaster in all ways. If you are out till late and arrive to the hotel, the door is closed, no one replies to the buzzer and the mobile number displayed in the door no one picks up. Dont bother calling for any help including 911/112. You might end up locked out. The facility needs some taking care of. Its a beautiful building but not well maintained. Some tiles are missing or lose. Check-out is simple. They just say bye and dont even ask “how was your stay?” So you can share...

“Super lækkert hotel, hvor servicen er i top, og maden ligeledes. Vi ankom lidt senere end forventet, og fik bare rykket vores spa tid uden problemer. Selve spa oplevelsen og det udendørs bassin er super! Morgenmaden er ligeledes helt i top. Der er alt hvad hjertet kan begære og det er hyggeligt at sidde og kigge ud på bådene der ligger til.”
