Everything about the kings head was to our liking. We had a wonderfully quiet room at the back and really comfortable beds with crisp white sheets. The breakfast was well cooked and the staff warm and friendly.

Lovely old building. Staff were excellent, helpful and cheerful. Very nice breakfasts, didn't dine there in the evening, so can't comment on the evening meals. Having parking to the rear was most useful, but has limited number of spaces. Only "negative" was being a very old property the stairs were a bit of a challenge if you are on the top floor.

Breakfast was fabulous and the bedroom was very clean. Bar had Aircon which was blissful with a temp of 32 degrees !! Staff went out of their way to help with the heat - fan in the room and a spare sheet so you didn’t have to use the quilt …. Much appreciated

Stayed here many times over the years, usually with our dog. The Kings Head always delivers, quite old fashioned inside but it adds to the charm, comfortable rooms, always friendly staff. Wouldnt stay anywhere else in Ross. Recommended

We loved our stay - the room was very comfortable and bed was king size. Breakfast was good and accommodated vegans. Our dog was very welcome and they even offered a doggie breakfast! Staff were very friendly.
