“We had a large, clean room with a very comfortable bed. It was good to have enough space around the basin in the bathroom to set things and we also had plenty of hot water for baths. For the standard of hotel, we would, as a minimum, have expected to have complimentary water in the room, or somewhere to fill a water bottle.
