“On check in, the staff were very apologetic about the room I’d be given. AC & TV not working as they should, however tips to operate TV given & spare heater was in room. Also found sliding door to bathroom did not close fully, spare blanket should have been cleaner & some milk satchels in fridge were out of date. Found out the hard way.
