Central location in Roses which is deal for restaurants, bars, shopping and close to the Harbour. Great views of the town and access to the Promenade. A little noisy at times due to central location. Parking could be better, as an additional perk

great location- poor WiFi and Air Conditioner

Hotel is in a great location, breakfast on site was good, and they had an easy check in process. The AC and WiFi were very poor so wouldn’t stay again.

Set your expectations accordingly. This facility is probably one of the nicer ones on the strip, but it is definitely dated. It is reasonably clean and the staff are friendly, but the air conditioning leaves something to be desired as do the number of pillows and towels. breakfast was decent with a large selection of pastries. The balcony is dated and ours had water dripping from the structure above, even though there was no rain. The view was pretty, especially in the morning in the evening and made up for some of the lack of amenities.

Perfect location opposite a very swimable beach and in the heart of Roses close to really good restaurants. Also opposite very accessible and reasonable priced parking. Highly recommended. Will return.

This is a lovely hotel on the beach in Roses, Spain. We opted not to have water view and were thrilled with our shaded balcony and street view from the second floor. Breakfast buffet was very good!

Déçu globalement par cet hôtel très bien situé en centre ville. Le parking de l’hôtel est à 5 minutes à pied et plus cher que le parking public situé face à l’hôtel. La salle de bain mériterait un rafraîchissement. L’acoustique de la chambre catastrophique. On a l’impression que nos voisins sont dans la chambre…heureusement que non. Le petit déjeuner est basique et peu digne d’un ***.

Tout est à revoir

Depuis le défaut de chauffage non résolu durant notre séjour et de couvertures dans la chambre, en passant par une absence totale d'insonorisation et un petit déjeuner en rien à la hauteur d'un 3 étoiles, ce séjour n'a eu de positif que l'accueil agréable de la réceptionniste à notre arrivée. Je suis par ailleurs interloquée par la faible hauteur des rambardes sur le balcon.

Muy buena época para una estancia en Roses. El Hotel está en primera línea y es un Hotel justito con tres estrellas pero bien. Septiembre y octubre un mes perfecto para una estancia tranquila. Me imagino que en verano con mucho más movida en esta ubicación
