Renovated to modernize, this is a nice older 2 story motel right on the river. And their continental breakfast was much more than expected. More than toast, they provided cereal, bagels, oatmeal packets and hard boiled eggs. Were very satisfied with our stay!

This was my 6th or 7th stay. Never had a single issue to complain about and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Just stayed last night after packing things for 2 days and driving 5+ hours. My old bones were sore and tired but I slept really well and felt much less achy in the morning because they have super-comfortable (and firm) beds!

Nice spacious clean room from our family of 6. Not sure if this is typical, and it is out of the control of the motel, but there were a lot of emergency vehicle sirens, at least 10-12 times overnight. Other than that it was pretty quiet. Breakfast was cereal, muffins, bagels, instant oatmeal, oranges/apples, or boiled eggs. To drink there was tea, coffee, OJ, milk, hot cocoa or powdered apple cider.

We always stay at the Riverfront Inn in Roseburg. They have lots of pet-friendly rooms, the location on the Umpqua river is lovely, rooms are superbly maintained, with all necessary accommodations and the staff is always extremely friendly. Never any need to look for another motel on the way to California, or back!
