Easy check in + check out and good location. If you don't have high expectations and all you want is a place to sleep / shower, this place is fine. Was clean enough and shared bathroom wasn't a huge problem. Definitely some wall corners / areas where you can tell this is an older building

Very old brick building, thick plaster walls, adjoining Mass Pike. AC provides decent noise barrier for sleeping. Very modest room space.

Place is clean and in good location. Shared bathroom not really an issue. Never encountered a situation where I had to wait. Old building, thin walls.

Except for a good location, this place is terrible. We arrived late at 4:00 AM because of a flight delay, and found out the code to the room was wrong. It took more than 40 minutes for somebody to return texts with a new one. The room was dirty all around, with some socks and empty bottles under the bed. During our stay there were no signs of anybody cleaning the rooms or bathroom, wich you share with the rest of the building. In other words, a well located rat hole.

Staff tried their best to fix a small issue we had with our room lock code, most notably the maintenance worker. Otherwise no issues! Never had to wait for the shared bathroom, location was amazing, and the place was clean. Sound from highway can be drowned out with AC fan.

The room was small, the water in the bathroom was not hot, the bathroom was shared by all four rooms on the floor. The woman who helped me get in (not her job) was very kind and helpful. The air conditioning was good. The room was cheap and close to the Commons and theater area.

Staff was super helpful through text! It is an older building room was small. But it survived its purpose well. I really only slept here and and showered. The shared bathroom was pretty clean but would recommend bringing some Flipflops or something to wear. Would stay here again for sure. Great location!

The room was neat however the bathroom on 3rd floor was under maintenance and hence had to share the 1 on the 1st floor. The property cannot keep luggage post checkout which was a huge inconvenience since I had to find a storage space and go there. They allowed me to check in a couple hours earlier and that was really helpful. So they do try to accommodate when they can. Additionally great location, alot to see in walking distance.

It was a fairly quiet, clean and tidy hotel. My room was small so there was barely enough space for luggage. There was running water. The heater worked well but that was the only electrical appliance I used.

Room was clean, tidy and comfortable. Shared bathroom was very small, and at times not clean. Tried to contact hotel owners (no reception, front door and bedroom are combination lock) and got absolutely no response. Cleaning lady on arrival was exceptionally helpful. All in all, not bad value for money.

The room is cozy and has everything you need. I wouldn’t recommend for a stay longer than 1-2 nights. Room is right at the main entrance so you hear everyone entering the building and anyone walking by on the street. There was a door being slammed several times at night. Don’t know if it was the bathroom door or what but it was pretty loud. Although the building itself close to a busy highway the location is pretty good. Near the T and a 15 minute car ride to the airport.

Location was not like the photos at all. Extremely unsanitary and run down building. I booked a single double bed room and the bed sheets had multiple brown stains on them. There was also a lot of hair on them and the sheets felt moist at the time of check in. My skin started getting irritated just from making contact with the bed within the first half hour there and they have now developed into rashes. I do not normally have sensitive skin either. I was told that there bathrooms would only be shared with one other room, but the floor I stayed on didn’t even have its own bathroom (each floor had around 4 rooms). The one I went to also had an out of service shower. I had tried contacting the staff through their provided phone numbers (both text and call) and didn’t receive any response. Even when Expedia tried to contact them for me there was no response. I did see many reviews made similar points, but the most recents ones were all high and stated that the rooms were clean, so I thought there had been an improvement. This was definitely not the case. I ended up having to leave that same day, not even an hour into staying there. I tried to cancel, but again, nobody responded.

It was a convenient location with a decent room, however there should be a more detailed description for the overall building since it is more of a hostel environment than apartments. Also I think I should be able to have the tv and the fan on without the entire electrical circuit blowing, that’s all.
