The Yes Hotel staff were wonderful and our room very comfortable. We stayed here our last night in Italy to be close to the train station which was convenient, however it isn’t the best location with a taxi required to get to most areas.

The area is mixed (some graffiti, litter, homeless; other streets quite nice with decent restaurants) but feels safe. Julieta and Ace were amazing! They were the front desk hosts. They both were so friendly, helpful and went out of their way to make our stay very pleasant. Arianna was one of the servers in the restaurant. Every morning she greeted us with a big smile and made us feel welcome. The breakfast choices each morning were plentiful. Arianna cleaned our room each day and provided us fresh clean towels. She always left the room clean, tidy and smelling fresh. Thank you to these 3 amazing staff who made our stay at YES Hotel our home away from home! The hotel is situated in a central area making walking to tourist sights easily accessible. We enjoyed our stay and recommend it to anyone who plans to visit Rome.
