Delightful surprise!

Very friendly and helpful manager/owner. Responds to emails promptly. Great location close to metro and walking distance to Vatican City, good range of nice and budget restaurants. We had prior reservations at the Hilton but because there are 3 of us can not check in to 1 room unless you booked a junior suite. It’s italian regulations not the hotels so we had to change all our reservations. We were prepared for the worst but this was a very good find. It’s not huge but we were comfortable. The ref is stacked with juices, water, sodas nd it’s all yours. Coffee and tea aplenty. You have to preorder continental breakfast when you check in, the elevator does not stop at exact floor so there is a short flight of steps. Unless you are schlepping around heavy luggages, it is fine. Definitely will come back to this place again esp it’s close proximity to the metro. There are temporary stalls with cheap bargains but we found same stalls outside of Tiffany’s.

Greatest place to stay in Rome

The management of the guest house was amazing. She made sure I was comfortanle and went as far as making sure I knew where things were in the area. I will for sure stay with them again if I visit Rome. The hospitality blew me away.

great service

The staff were really accommodating when we needed to change breakfast times last minute and helpful when leaving our luggage after checkout. The hotel is literally steps from the metro making it very convenient. The room was clean, air conditioned, the breakfast was great, and we were very satisfied with our stay and would definitely stay there again.
