The building is not a hotel entirely. The hotel is on the 2nd floor. It’s a great location. There are a lot of food choices, bars, & mini marts around. There is a lot of locals and tourists and everyone is friendly. Something to keep in mind check in is only from 3pm-7pm.

The property is well maintained and very clean. It is located in the dining district with a plaza outside where nightly entertainment draws large crowds to sing and dance. Had a wonderful time.

Great location near the historic neighborhood of Trastevere, but disappointed by all of the graffiti there. Bed needs to be improved. Ray the host was great

Little gem by the river

On the banks of the river just a great place to stay easy to get every by walking as we love walking and exploring i think only 30/40 minutes walk to most tourist highlights. Will stay there next time...

This hotel was very unique! We loved that we were right at Piazza Trilussa where they have live music and singing each night. Being in Trastevere, the bar, restaurant, gellato shops, shopping, etc was right outside the door. This really is a fantastic location. The hotel itself is very unique and only about 5 rooms on the 3rd floor of a building. The building is very nice and has an old elevator and locked front gate so it is very safe. It is not staffed at all times, but they communicated well via messages before we arrived. The room was big and cleaned daily. Overall, I would recommend this place to anyone that wants to be in Trastevere. We were close walking distance into the main sites around Rome making this a great home base while in Rome.

Very unusual place to stay. It’s basically a five room tiny hotel on part of one floor of a building. Someone mans the “front desk” only a few hours per day. So, it is like a no service hotel or a straight room rental. But the room is beautiful and in a great location and my room had great views (Tiber River and bridges) in two directions. The building borders Trilussa Square.

Great place

The room was very comfortable, although it did open directly onto the small entrance/reception/kitchen area of the property. This meant that any staff or guests there could see directly into the room and bathroom whenever the door was opened. The location is great. Right at the end of Ponte Sisto so easy access to places like Piazza Navona, Pantheon etc, on Google bus routes for places like Vatican and, of course, right in the centre of Trastevere.

Now I Know Probably Return But Not What Expected

I want to start with the positives -- this place is in the PERFECT location. Our daughter is living in Trastevere and this location is 5 minutes walking distance to her and yet, directly across the street is the walking bridge over to Rome. It couldn't be any better situated! I assumed it was a hotel. I reviewed their notes and pictures and was very excited for my upcoming stay. Unfortunately, my arrival was delayed until after 9pm -- I didn't realize that would be a challenge. This is NOT a hotel, it's a suite of rooms in a building. There is NO reception and NO concierge. The people that work there are only there on SOME days from c. 4-c. 7 pm (those were the hours I was told). This means if you can't figure out where extra blankets are or how to turn the heat up, you're on your own. No one to ask. Check in was a bit of a nightmare -- since no one was there when I arrived, I had to call (my phone wasn't working internationally despite my plan, so I had to call daughter & ask her to contact them -- very challenging since no-one is on site 24/7). They did not answer my emails through Hotels.com, so only had to rely on my daughter. I did get in, but because no one was there, I had to meet them the next day to present my credit card. Another problem because they wanted me to come back at 3pm to provide but my day was already underway! They also don't have the toiletries that are pictured -only hand soap & body soap. No conditioner or lotion or shampoo.
