I loved the location of the hotel as it was central to everything - I actually just stumbled across the colleseum exploring on my first evening in rome. The rooms were a little small but that was to be expected of a boutique hotel in the heart of historic rome. I loved the nespresso machines in the rooms and everyday, there was fresh bottled water. The staff were friendly and helped with all my queries. I would definately stay here again!

Convenient to Roma Termini the main train station, so very easy from and back to the airport. In a less touristy neighborhood, Monti, so some better restaurants and still walkable, 15 -25 minutes tops to most sites. Sparkling clean and very friendly, welcoming staff. Stayed here twice at both the beginning and end of our trip and would 100% stay here again.

The Major was a gem of a hotel. We liked the location, close to Termini station, which made access to trains, FCO, Vatican, etc. quite easy. The staff was incredibly helpful and courteous (Carla, Lou, Momo, the wait staff of the rooftop bar). The rooftop bar with its views of St Maria Maggiore Basilica was a nice surprise. The room was spacious and up to date, with great A/C (we were in Rome during a major heat wave). We had a triple room, which had a comfortable king bed plus a rollaway. We travel often (big brand loyalists) but found this hotel on Delta Stays and very much enjoyed it.

The entire experience was excellent. The hotel is in a prime location, making it very easy to visit the Colosseum, the Pantheon, and other nearby sights. The staff is very friendly, and the rooftop at the hotel is also very cool.

Beautiful room and amazing service by the staff. My only complaint was the breakfast took over 45 minutes to deliver, and I became sick after eating just a few bites. The buffet quality was also poor for this level of hotel. Great location, fantastic rooms and service. I would just suggest eating outside the property.

We stayed at the hotel for one night and overall had a pleasant experience. Our standard room (310) was spacious, clean, and had everything needed for a short stay. The reception staff was friendly, especially the Asian girl at check-in who was very kind and patient. The location was convenient, within walking distance to the train station, and there was an easy taxi stand nearby for getting to shopping areas. The only downside was that our corner room facing the busy intersection could be a bit noisy at times with street traffic and ambulances, but for one night it did not bother us much. Overall, it was a good value stay.
