Absolutely the best hotel I stood at in Rome. Clean rooms, helpful staff, and the breakfast was fantastic. Would definitely stay there again. They accommodated me on short notice after booking a room at Hotel Trevi which was infested with ants and didn’t have another room to place me and my family in.

I've been to rome maybe 100 times in my life and have tried alot of hotels and this place I've really enjoyed lately. They have very warm staff the rooms are great and walking distance to everything but can still park your car. Definitely recommend 👌 price also makes sense

Was told this was being done. No place for polyester linens in a 5 star boutique hotel anywhere. Would definitely stay again

Absolutely outstanding property! Read Till the End. Restaurant/Chef 5 stars - food is amazing!! Restaurant staff beyond professional 5 stars! Registration Desk 5 stars House keep 5 stars Luxury property style 5 stars The only thing keeping this property from getting a 4 is the property chef, staff, and excellent customer service. The complaint is the see thru glass bathroom door, there is no good reason for this, it should be changed immediately. Also, invest in a heat pump that cools or warms room temps year round instead of one or the other.

Bedroom decorated to a high standard but fixtures and fittings ill fitted with poor finish. Customer service at reception is not great- poor communication between staff i.e confirmed late check out but yet still called to ask to vacate. Also issues with hot tub plug, was established there was a fault with the plug yet was made to feel like it was my competence. Room service food very below average from what you would expect from a kitchen with a michelin star restaurant. Breakfast repetitive and stick to fried egg only- all other methods of preparation were awful. Nonetheless, great quiet area with amenities near by. Good AC system on a hot day.

Based on my personal experience, the overall standard of the hotel was below expectations and did not align with what is generally expected from a five-star property. The room quality fell short of four-star standards in terms of comfort and overall condition. In addition, the hotel does not appear to offer certain facilities commonly expected at this level, such as a gym, spa, or a clearly defined lobby, which affected the overall value for money.

Fiquei encantada com minha experiência neste hotel. Fui extremamente bem atendida do início ao fim. Os funcionários são muito educados, atenciosos e genuinamente prestativos. Cheguei antes do horário do check-in e, sem que eu precisasse pedir nada, já estavam preocupados em me acomodar da melhor forma possível. A equipe demonstra um cuidado verdadeiro com os hóspedes — perguntam sobre sua segurança, ajudam com roteiro, se preocupam com suas preferências e até com possíveis restrições alimentares no café da manhã. E o café da manhã merece um destaque especial: simplesmente maravilhoso. Não é self-service, é à la carte, mas absolutamente perfeito e sem deixar nada a desejar. O quarto era excelente, o chuveiro ótimo, tudo muito confortável e impecável. Honestamente, foi uma das melhores experiências de hospedagem que já tive na vida. A única sugestão que eu deixaria seria disponibilizar um ferro de passar no quarto ou de forma mais acessível aos hóspedes. Não cheguei a pedir na recepção porque percebi que o hotel oferece serviço de passar roupa, mas acredito que um ferro seria um item mais útil no quarto do que alguns outros utensílios disponibilizados.
