Room was clean and comfortable for its small size. Bathroom was spacious and clean. Loved the drinking water service station with empty plastic bottles being available at every floor. Overall it was a nice pick and the area could not had been better.

The property was great - cute room with plenty of space for our needs. Right off the Piazza del Popolo, which was close to shopping and reasonable walking distance to the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, and Spanish Steps. We also walked to the Colosseum, but that was a bit longer. Vittoria, who handles check in was also so easy to work with. She coordinated a ride from the airport to the hotel, which was so nice after a long plane ride.

The only good thing about this hotel is the location. You are close to everything, and the cleaning lady was extremely sweet! Do not come here the manager of this establishment is disgustingly rude and extremely snarky. Beyond unprofessional to say the least. There’s a reason why they only have bad reviews. You can read what the manager responds to the paying customers (extremely rudely). Save your money and stay somewhere else!

The location of the property was excellent and very convenient for exploring the city. However, my overall experience was extremely disappointing. I wasn’t given the gate access code at check-in, and when I returned from dinner, I was completely locked out. No one answered my calls, and I was left alone late at night with no way to get in. It was my birthday, and what should have been a special evening turned into a very stressful and upsetting experience. I had to book another hotel at the last minute. I was later promised a compensation, but it never came. Unfortunately, despite the great location, I can’t recommend this property.

THE HOTEL IS LOCATED IN A GREAT PART OF TOWN. THE TROUBLE IS, AND IT DOES SAY IT IN THE DESCRIPTION ON EXPEDIA THAT THERE ARE NO ELEVATORS AND A LOT OF STAIRS SO IF YOU HAVE HEAVY LUGGAGE, IT'S ACTUALLY VERY DIFFICULT. THE ROOMS WERE VERY NICE. THE HOTEL ITSELF WAS VERY NICE AND I RESTORED 15 OR 16TH CENTURY BUILDING. WE DID NOT FIND THE AIR-CONDITIONING WORK TOO WELL WHICH IS A LITTLE DIFFICULT BECAUSE IT WAS HOT. IT DID WORK. I JUST DON'T KNOW WHY IT DIDN'T SEEM TO CALL THE ROOM. WE WERE SURPRISED BECAUSE THEY HAD NO BREAKFAST OR FOOD AREA BUT AGAIN THAT WAS WRITTEN IN THE DESCRIPTION ON EXPEDIA WE JUST DIDN'T REALLY PAY ATTENTION AND EVERY HOTEL NOWADAYS SEEMS TO HAVE THIS. It's not so much as a hotel. It's almost like having an apartment room. The staff were readily available when we WhatsApp them. They help us together car two and from the airport. THERE ARE NO STAFF ON SITE BECAUSE AGAIN IT'S AN APARTMENT STYLE FACILITY. YOU WOULD NOT KNOW FROM THE STREET THAT IT EXISTS. WE HAD A LITTLE TROUBLE FINDING IT. I WOULD STAY THERE AGAIN IN THE RIGHT CIRCUMSTANCE BECAUSE THE LOCATION I THINK WAS PERFECT IF YOU WANT TO SEE THE SPANISH STEPS AND RELATED AREAS, easy walking distance.
