The property was unique in the staff were very friendly and helpful! It’s a non traditional facility and most of the communication with staff is through WhatsApp. It was in a nice area near a local train station. Overall would recommend the property.

The place is modern, clean, and a great value for the price. The bed is incredibly comfortable, the shower is spacious, and the power blinds are a nice touch. While the kitchen is shared with a few other guests, it’s spotless and well-maintained. The host is very responsive and eager to help with any issues. The location is super convenient—I was able to take one direct train from the airport and walk just five minutes to get there. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay!

I like the room, kitchen and dining area was very clean. I would have enjoyed if room was bigger. Room 504 would have been amazing for us from the start of our stay. The building itself was not clean but the apartment was very clean. The host was very caring and helpful.

La struttura ricettiva "Stazione Tiburtina Roma" è stata una scoperta fantastica durante il nostro soggiorno di tre giorni a Roma! La camera è confortevole e pulita,il personale è stato molto cordiale e disponibile. La posizione è strategica per visitare i principali luoghi di interesse della città per la presenza della stazione e metro Tiburtina a un minuto dalla struttura.Consigliamo questo B&B per un soggiorno rilassante e accogliente a Roma.

Anche se non abbiamo visto di persona il proprietario è sempre stato presente per info spiegazioni e necessita tramite messaggistica per facilitare anche check in e check out Ottima posizione camera molto carina e pulita col minimo indispensabile. Prezzo ottimo considerando periodo e posizione.
