The room was clean. It’s very close to the train station and metro. On our third night the hot water was turned off and when we asked how long before we would know what’s going on they just said longer. Otherwise it was clean.

This hotel provides an excellent location for a few nights stay, being conveniently close to the train station. However, if your primary goal is to relax in your room during your vacation, this might not be the ideal choice. We found ourselves getting up early and returning late each night.

It is an older building with a lift which sometimes did not work. One of the workers would have to go up and send it back down. The breakfast is typical Italian, coffee with pastries. But the staff is very friendly. The young lady ( Suni?) in charge of breakfast was extremely helpful and service with a smile. It was pretty close to the train station.

Great expérience. Simple but efficient. The localisation is great and very convinient if you re planning on living to others cities or going for day trip from Rome. The bedroom are small but enough, staff is friendly. The only minus point could be the breakfast, which is very simple, they weee not that much choice but it does work for a short stay.

We went in June and it was very hot and their A/C was not very good, the room was hot. The breakfast was very simple: apples, bananas, croissants, yogurt, coffee/juice. No protein, we know Italians have their breakfast like that but it was hard to have so much sugar and no protein for breakfast. The decor is not pretty, but the room is clean which we really appreciate. The view from our room was amazing and the location is incredible, the view from our room was beautiful

The hotel room was ok for a 1 night stay. However we had a difficult time finding the property as the building have more than one Hotel in it. There was a tiny sign on the building that could be easily missed. We needed proper directions to the hotel from the Termini train station 🚉 it's about a 10 minute walk but difficult the pull suitcases with you. I guess it's ok for young people. We are in our 70s , so was a bit challenging for us. The room was clean and had everything for a brief stay ...

This location was good for us because we took the train to Naples, Florence and Pisa. It’s walking distance to the trains, metro and buses. It is an older building and they only provided shampoo in the shower. Bring your own soap and conditioner. The twin bed is uncomfortable. It was nice to have breakfast at the hotel and the staff were helpful with transportation questions. If you want to spend the majority of your time in Rome - stay close to the city center.

The amenities were poor. I was given a room on 5th floor. Then, for two days, the lift was not working. Luckily I was not lugging, but I could see many of my fellow boarders struggling. The building is ancient and so is the lift. So, climbing 5 stories was no fun. Breakfast was nothing good. The same old cold buns every day. The location was decent 650 m from Termini.

Short walk from the Termini station, quiet, with lots of restaurants around the area and mini market too. The breakfast is a plus given the rate, and the lady serving breakfast is really nice and warm. Would book again if will come back to Rome.

Unfortunately, the check-in experience wasn’t the best, as the instructions were unclear. I have to commend the lovely woman wearing a hijab at reception was incredibly kind and helpful. She definitely made us feel very welcome. However when she was not around another staff member, an Asian/Filipino woman with orange/black hair was rude and very unprofessional. After check in we couldn’t locate our room so I went and asked for help and she (The Filipino lady) rolled her eyes and threw the keys at me. Which made the rest of our experience uncomfortable. We had also asked beforehand whether the hotel had an iron and were told they did, only to find out after arrival that they never had one. This was disappointing, especially since we had asked in advance. :( Despite what you hear about this location we never felt unsafe. The street along the hotel is very well lit at night and lined with busy restaurants so coming and going was easy. The room itself was not the cleanest and was far from luxurious. This hotel is best for people looking for a convenient location near Roma Termini. The location is excellent, but your expectations should be kept realistic regarding cleanliness and amenities.

The hotel was in a good location, just a few minutes walk from Roma Termini. Room was clean and the bed was comfy. The breakfast wasn’t great. No protein options, only pastries. Would have been nice to have some boiled eggs or anything else. The hotel is in an old building and shares with other hotels. It also has a different name: Alex Square Hotel. There are several signs for the different hotels within the building on the outside of the building, so it’s a bit confusing. But the check in desk is behind the elevator.

Very convenient place to stay. The building does not have the name of the hotel on the outside. The building have various different hotels on each of the building floors. Room very clean, private bathroom very clean. Two blocks from termini station. Convenient store, pharmacy and places to eat within walking distance. Would definitely come back on my next visit to Rome.

Low price but nice

Vey near the main train station, but quite quiet place. The hotel entrance is a bit hidden. Room is in front of the lobby at the other side of the street and doesn't get the wifi of the hotel. The room has a good space.

I stayed at this hotel for a few days during my trip to Rome. The hotel is located in a building that houses several other hotels, with the reception on the ground floor and the rooms on the fourth floor. The location was very convenient and made getting around Rome easy. We didn't spend much time travelling, which was a huge plus. There was a bus stop just a minute away, and the nearest train/metro station was only about a 6–7 minute walk, making it simple to reach central areas and other attractions The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. The air conditioning wasn't the strongest, but it was sufficient and did the job, especially after spending the day sightseeing in the summer heat. We did experience an issue with the bathroom lights flickering throughout our stay, which was a little inconvenient. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the reception area always had complimentary water and juice available, which was a nice touch. The room also came with tea, coffee, and bottled water, which was especially appreciated given how hot Rome can be during the summer. There is a lift available, although it requires the door to be properly closed after use. If someone forgets, the lift won't come, which can be frustrating after a long day when you're not in the mood to climb several flights of stairs. The breakfast was probably the weakest part of the stay. The selection was quite limited and consisted mostly of sweet pastries, cakes, and sugary options. There were
