Great location, close to many of the attractions in Rome. Room was fine and clean. Beds were comfortable enough after a day of walking the cobblestone streets. We had a member of our party go missing (no phone or passport with them) at one of the attractions and we informed the hotel and they were very sweet and let us know right away that they arrived at the hotel safely. Just great and prompt communication especially loved using WhatsApp. Thank you for the great service!

The property/building did not represent Spagna Ave as it was a different building altogether and organisation, which was an older, damp smelling building.

The staff were super accommodating as our plane was delayed, then there was a general strike of public transport meaning we had to check in almost 7 hours later than expected and after reception was closed. They responded to all our email and WhatsApp queries very quickly and made it very easy to check in after hours. The room had a small fridge, safe and lots of storage and hanging space. It was very modern and quiet. No street noise. Although people talking in the hall could be quite loud.

A very convenient, central place

Very friendly staff, always smiling, a clean place, top location. We were not offered breakfast which I suppose was served across the road - always queues there in the morning
