A great hotel! Would gladly stay here again. From the friendly staff that greets you , to the clean rooms. I recommend getting the breakfast with your stay such a vast selection! Also prime location. 20 minute walk to a lot of popular spots such as Trevi Fountain.

Location was great! It was a 15 min walk to the train station and close to other main city attractions. Loved the cocktail bar and the rooftop view. The room was very spacious and clean. If I were to come back to Rome, I would stay at this hotel again.

Faultless, very clean, great amenities especially the terrace on a sunny day and such wonderful staff - from check in and out. Can't fault, great location, I walked to everything except the Vactican as it was an early morning tour however an Uber was only £12. I even scored a free upgrade to a lovely room on the 6th floor with a small terrace. Perfect break away.

Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, breakfast was good and the service was amazing! We truly appreciated our study at this Ruby hotel. We arrived before the check in time and were offered a coffee and water upon arriving. Our room was ready an we were allowed to go in before the check in time! We were not expecting that at all but it felt so caring, since we had been traveling for over 20 hours and really needed a place to rest!

Room was not clean. In Partixular, the shower had an awful smell all the time. The layout of the room was not good. Very noisy. Construction outside the window all the time. Staff was very nice at the bar. Galleys were never stocked appropriately. Decor was nice. Cute sitting area in the bar. Rooftop was not open but looks to be cute when open. Overall this was just okay. Definitely need to work out kinks.

This hotel is always spotless and very nice. Every day when we came back to our room, it exceeded our expectations—it was incredibly clean and well maintained. What you see in the pictures is exactly what you get. The breakfast buffet doesn’t have a huge number of options, but it was exactly our style of breakfast and perfect for us. The staff is very helpful and friendly, and they always made a perfect cappuccino. We truly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely come back. Just a note: toiletries include shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and great-smelling lotion, but no toothbrush or toothpaste. There’s no iron or ironing board in the room—those are available in the Galley, along with coffee, tea, and water.

First impressions. Lovely modern hotel. All very clean. Bathroom not to our liking if you like privacy avoid! Room very echoey.Asked two cleaners for more toiletries, still waiting. No fridge or telephone in room. Breakfast ok. Could be better topped up. No milk for cereal. Lengthy check in all details typed by yourself. No signage to say reception actually on 6th floor untill you reach the lift. Location was good though. Walking distance to most sights. Lovely rooftop terrace. Bar wasnt open but we did carry a drink up.

If the rooms had a tea kettle/coffee and/or fridge I would give 5 stars. The staff are amazing. Bruna, Alessio and Giulia were incredibly welcoming and a wealth of information. Everything is brand new, clean and the bed is comfortable. The lobby bar is very nice. There are “galleys” on two of the floors where you can make instant coffee or tea but sadly the “boiling” tap water was barely hot. Breakfast was ok, but personally, I did not find enough value in their breakfast for the extra price of €20 per person.

Really pleased I picked this hotel. Was very clean, lovely bright rooms, comfortable beds, lovely breakfast and bar area and really nice roof terrace for aperitivo! Literally the only thing that I would have liked is a coffee machine in the room but the bar had very nice coffee anyway. I would definitely recommend.

This is a gem of a hotel conveniently located within walking distance of the Trevi Fountain, Colosseum, Spanish Steps, and Roma Termini—all within a maximum of 15-20 minutes on foot. However, if you have luggage, it’s better to take a taxi to the train station. We walked a few times for day trips, and the walk was about 15 minutes at most. As for the hotel, the staff was very attentive, polite, and courteous. The breakfast crew was always kind and friendly. The facilities were clean, with a lovely view from the terrace. I would 100% recommend this place; we were very satisfied with our stay.
