Great location. Quick walk from Roma Termini. We felt safe during our stay and it was a very secure room. Had everything we needed and the staff were very friendly. Definitely would stay again.

The staff was very kind and helpful. The air conditioners could use an update. At least one of them didn’t work and leaked on the table we had stuff on. It is conveniently close to the Roma Termini station; however, there were many homeless camped right outside the gate when we arrived and through the night. So much so that we didn’t feel comfortable leaving the property that evening.

After reading previous reviews my expectations were not high, so I was pleasantly surprised by this establishment. Large, clean room with everything needed for the couple of nights we stayed. Be aware, there is NO lift and unfortunately we were on the top floor (3rd). Not an easy task when in mid 60's and have 2 20kg suitcases. Security to gain access to complex and building was great so even though there may have been unsavoury characters around we felt safe inside.

While the room was clean, and updated for italy. In the summer it was 95 degrees fahrenheit, and our AC did not work at all. When we tried to call maintenance, they said they would come look and never showed up. Also they gave us wifi instructions that also did not work. The staff was very nice and welcoming so it’s not there fault, but beware of the heat. our room was 90 degrees all night

Strangest place we have ever stayed at in our years of travel experience. We had to phone a number to check-in after 1600h as the front desk was closed. We phoned repeatedly over 20min before someone answered the "emergency line". If it weren't for another helpful visitor who let us into the inner courtyard, we would have been stuck on the streets for the entire 20min in a sketchy neighbourhood wondering what to do! The space is sparse with very minimal amenities (no soap for washing hands, no shampoo or conditioner, no tables or chairs to sit), bed was squeaky and uncomfortable, and the A/C didn't work on a day with outdoor temperature exceeding 30 degrees. Cleanliness was OK and had 4 pillows and enough towels. We survived staying there for 1 night but we don't recommend this place for anything more than that!

Overall for the price this hotel was ok. The room itself was older (not what you see in the photos). I was in a different part of the hotel I guess, there seemed to be another part of the property. The room and bathroom were clean and the linen was all clean. The building is old though, so it needed a bit of TLC. The plus is that the hotel is only a 2 minute walk from Roma Termini - The downside is that it is only a 2 minute walk from Roma Termini and this is a very rough area. (the hotel can't really do much about that) but I would recommend coming during daylight hours if possible and not coming home too late in the evening. There were some very dubious activities going on right outside the door. I would not recommend this for families or for anyone who is nervous about travelling in some sketchy areas (again the room is fine and quite secure as there are at least 3 doors to get through before you reach the room). If you need a cheap option for a night or two it's fine, but any longer than that I recommend you move a bit further away from the station if you can.

Not great. Decent sized room but for £75 a night I was not impressed. Bathroom was a bit grim. Kitchen didn’t even have 2 of things needed (like plates or bowls or knives!! The area it was in felt a bit intimidating too. I appreciate it’s near the station.

The location is not the best. The room we had was very spacious, clean and comfortable bed. The bathrooms is ok although the shower need some maintenance. The staff when we check in was not very friendly, however the staff when we check out much nicer. The biggest downside of this place is the location, not the best and lots of street vendors close by so it doesn’t give a safe vibe.

The hotel is located in an unbeatable location, just a block away from Termini, which is really useful for public transportation and airport transfer. The hotel is old but well maintained and clean, rooms were cleaned everyday. The neighborhood is not the nicest in Rome, but it is the price to pay to be close to the terminal. It is a really good property to stay for a few days.
