First we were surprised that it is not an actual hotel , it is in residential building. It is like and appartment that is converted to hotel rooms. Check in was remote, no front desk. I booked it as they mentioned that there is laundry facilities on site. We were traveling every few days in Euorope so we needed to wash our clothes. When I texted them that where I can wash the clothes they said that there is laundromat beside the building but it closes in the evening, well, most people will not come to hotel until evening , they should not advertise that they have laundry facilities from first place. Otherwise it was fine stay for 1 night, clean room. They also deal with transfer company , we booked our transfers through them.

The place was within short driving distance to surrounding sites. The beds were comfortable. A negative thing was we had booked a triple room and we’re given an economy room. They ended up pulling apart the bed into two twins but the room was very small. Expedia tried to contact them and they were hung up on. All we were told was they made a mistake. I requested a refund of the difference in cost but haven’t received anything yet.

Keine Rezeption obwohl so angegeben. Daher auch niemand Deutschsprachig obwohl so angegeben. Kein Frühstück. Kleine Zimmer.

The place 2b in Rome

It was very nice. The staff is friendly and helpful. There’s a top notch yoga studio (RYOGA) right next door! Central location. The only downside- we weren’t able to pay with a cc. We’ll be back for sure :)

the rooms were so clean, bright and quiet at night!! no street noise at all! we were in the heart of Rome in a beautiful, safe neighborhood...beautiful buildings...the instructions to use elevator, open doors etc was given a bit too fast so make sure you go thru all the keys, open the doors with keys, use elevator with the person on duty...once you do it, it's easy! LOL it's a B & B so no wake-ups, room service or staff around but i would definitely stay again....had expresso machine, mini-bar, toiletries...really so nice!! it's very cl;ean!!!!

Extrem kleines Zimmer!

Cozy and clean

Very clean, new, and modern and on a nice street in Rome with a short, easy walk from Termini Station. There is a lift as well. The property is on the 3rd floor. The rooms are small. Basically just a bed you have to walk around to get to the door or the tiny bath. There were two of us and it was somewhere between cozy and cramped. However m, it was quiet, the bed was comfortable, super clean, and a great night of sleep for a single night before catching a flight.
